Who we are

This website is run by NEXDEV ("NEXDEV", "we"), Konstitucijos pr. 23b, Vilnius, Lithuania (EU). Email info@nexdev.lt, phone +370 600 22260. As an EU business we follow the GDPR.

What we collect through our forms

When you request a mockup or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, website address, email, phone, type of business and message. We also record the page you sent it from, your browser's time zone and any campaign tags in the link (for example, which email you clicked). We use this only to reply to you, prepare your mockup and send a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.

Email outreach and opting out

We sometimes email businesses using contact details they publish on their own website or business listings, to offer a free homepage mockup. Every email says who we are and how to stop further emails. Reply "no" or "unsubscribe", or email info@nexdev.lt, and we will add you to our do-not-contact list and not email you again. We don't buy or sell email lists.

Who processes your data

Your data is handled by the services we use to run this site: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider and a private messaging channel (Telegram) that notifies our team about new requests. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Do-not-contact entries are kept so we can honor your request.

Cookies

This site works without non-essential cookies. If analytics is enabled, it only loads after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time and for free. Email info@nexdev.lt and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority (State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt).
